Now that we have your attention and have peaked your curiosity, we thought we would briefly explain our situation that has brought us to this point. We were married in August 2002 and have always hoped for a family of our own. Unfortunately, Lyndsay was born with a heart condition and recently discovered that she also has an aneurysm, two conditions that make it difficult, if not impossible, for her to have children on her own. As a result, we have decided to pursue the opportunity to have a baby either through a surrogate mother or through adoption. We are trusting in God to guide us down this path, knowing full well that both options have a considerable upside but also comes with a significant price tag.

As a result, Lyndsay's mother, Julie Long (who is a talented artist), has graciously offered to help us try to raise some money that would offset some of our costs. On this website, you can purchase magnets that she has made using copies of her original art. The net profit from all sales of the magnets will go toward the substantial costs of the surrogacy or adoption process.
